Identify the samples
Mark bottle and closure type, supplier, lot or mould where known, drawing revision, liner or insert and the production format to which each sample belongs.
Tell Lancing about your bottle, aluminium ROPP cap, product and target output. The more technical information you send, the faster the team can recommend a semi-automatic, automatic or rotary ROPP capping solution.
Contact FAQ
Send bottle dimensions, cap diameter and height, neck finish drawing or photos, product type, target output, line layout and any torque or leak test requirements.
Yes. Contact Lancing first so the team can confirm what bottle, cap and product samples are needed for compatibility checks.
Before samples are dispatched
Contact Lancing before sending physical samples so the required quantity, filled or dry condition, delivery address and any handling restrictions can be agreed. Do not send hazardous or leaking product without prior written arrangements.
Mark bottle and closure type, supplier, lot or mould where known, drawing revision, liner or insert and the production format to which each sample belongs.
Include target accepted output, batch pattern, existing filler/conveyor/labeller, proposed cap-feed method, all changeover formats and the planned installation environment.
State the required opening-torque method, leak or storage test, tamper-band and cap-finish criteria, plus any customer or site document that controls approval.
Use the enquiry form for the initial project outline. Lancing can then confirm the appropriate route for detailed drawings, samples and commercially sensitive line information.
The existing form recipient and contact route remain unchanged: sales@lancinguk.com and 01494 623015.
Technical enquiry pack
The form above remains the quickest route. Add the following information in the message and arrange sample delivery with Lancing where physical testing is required.
Use the sample-trial guide and downloadable record so every bottle, closure lot, machine setting and result can be traced.
Use the FAT guide and installation checklist if the enquiry includes automatic feeding or line integration.
